Contact our Conferences Specialists today to get your event planning started! Send an email to ConferenceServices@housing.ufl.edu with the following information for each individual event request:
- Event name and description
- Event main contact’s information (name, dept. phone, email, mailing address)
- Event billing contact’s information (name, dept. phone, email, mailing address)
- Guest arrival and departure dates and times
- Guest check-in/-out times
- Anticipated number of guests in need of lodging (broken down by gender, chaperone/participant, and age range)
- Preferred Residence Hall Room accommodation type and anticipated necessary bed count
- Any anticipated additional services (internet access, facilities use, etc.)
Requests will be responded to as soon as possible upon receipt. Preferences are not guaranteed to be accommodated due to uncontrollable variables such as building renovations.
