Issues or Emergencies

Any issues regarding internet, linen, or other guest services may be reported to your area desk so staff may assist accordingly. If you are staying in Beaty Towers, these situations must be immediately reported to the Beaty Area Desk.  An emergency in the area of maintenance or housekeeping is defined as a situation where a maintenance repair or some attention is essential in order to maintain the health and safety of the resident, as well as to protect the building and its property.
