Guests must complete a contract and submit full payment prior to check-in!

Payments may be made between 8am and 3pm, Monday through Friday, and may be coordinated by contacting a Representative at HREFITSConferenceInvoices@housing.ufl.edu
or 352-392-2171. If you are unable to reach a Representative, please leave a voicemail detailing the reason for your call and a Represenative will respond to you as son as possible.

Payment Options Include:

  • Money Order, Check or Cash in person at the Main Housing Office.
  • If you are paying via Journal Transfer, please email your chart field information to HREFITSConferenceInvoices@housing.ufl.edu, clearly indicating what you are paying for.
  • Major Credit Card over the phone with Accounts at the Main Housing Office 352-392-2171 or in person at the Main Housing Office.

Reservations

Please note that any guests 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Also, a completed contract and full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to your contracted check-in date (unless otherwise agreed.) Room keys will not be distributed until full payment is received.

In order to make a reservation please follow these easy steps:

  • Fully complete and submit an online inquiry form: Guest Apartment Application.
  • A Conference Services Representative will send you a confirmation email within 48 business hours from ConferenceServices@housing.ufl.edu.
  • Provide any additional, necessary information via email to the Conference Services Representative.
    1. Once all necessary information is received, the Conference Services Representative will complete your contract and send it to you via email.
  • Review your contract. Then print, sign, scan, and return the signature page of your contract via email to ConferenceServices@housing.ufl.edu.
    1. A Conference Services Representative will complete the signature page and then send you the completed version of your contract for your records.
  • An Accounts representative will reach out to you with your invoice and payment information. Follow their instructions and email HREFITSConferenceInvoices@housing.ufl.edu with any questions you have regarding your invoice or payment.

Issues or Emergencies

Any issues regarding internet, linen, or other guest services may be reported to your Area Desk 24-hours, 7 days a week. Please call Beaty Area Desk (352-392-6111) or Corry Village Desk (352-392-6081) so staff may assist accordingly. An emergency in the area of maintenance or housekeeping is defined as a situation where a maintenance repair or some attention is essential in order to maintain the health and safety of the resident, as well as to protect the building and its property. These situations must be reported to the Area Desk as soon as possible.

In the event of an emergency, guest should dial 9-1-1 or contact campus police (352-392-1111.) Guest should remain alert when on campus and always be aware of the nearest Blue Light station where campus police can be notified of an emergency. Guests should always lock their doors and keep their residence keys on their person at all times.

Guest should avoid interacting with local wildlife. Florida is home to many venomous, poisonous, and lethal wildlife including snakes, spiders, alligators, and plants. Please ensure your safety and the safety of our wildlife by maintaining your distance and using paved paths. Contact the Area Desk for assistance with intruding wildlife.

  • Where will I be living?
    Conference Services maintains Guest Apartments across campus. East Campus Guest Apartments are located in Beaty West, Jennings Hall, Rawlings Hall, and Reid Hall. Other Guest Apartments are located in Corry Village, on the west side of campus.
  • What is included in the room?
    Each apartment is full furnished, including: a fill kitchen and cooking utensils, television and cable programming, and linens. The cost of utilities is included in the nightly apartment rate.
  • Are there dining options, and are these included in the fees?
    Guest Apartment Guest are not eligible for dining plan options. However, all apartments have kitchens which are fully stocked with cooking utensils. There are convenience stores located on campus and grocery stores located within one mile of campus.
  • Is there wireless Internet in my Room?
    Wireless Internet is available, but not guaranteed. Guests are encouraged to bring an Ethernet cord to ensure that they have access to an internet connection at all times. More DHNet information is here: https://www.dhnet.ufl.edu/
  • Is there parking, and is this included in the fees?
    Parking is first-come, first-served on campus. Although Guest Apartment guests (excluding Corry village) receive parking passes, a nearby parking spot is not guaranteed. There are no reserved spots for guests. Parking passes for Corry Village may be purchased directly from Transportation and Parking Services: http://parking.ufl.edu/
