Residence Facilities
The Department of Housing and Residence Education at the University of Florida has two distinctly different types of facilities – Residence Halls that primarily house single undergraduate students and Village Apartments that primarily house graduate students and families. Each of our 29 facilities are uniquely different. With a wide range of floor plans, room types, rental rates, communities and educational opportunities, there is an on-campus opportunity that to meet everyone’s needs.

Single-student Housing
Links to the 24 residence halls organized by campus area: East Campus/Murphree and West Campus. Single-student housing indicates housing for students who aren't married. Room types include singles, doubles, triples, suites, and apartments; each with their own rental rate.
Graduate & Family Housing
The Department of Housing & Residence Education offers 5 "Village Communities" for single graduate students; married couples, with or without children, single parent families. Check eligibility info for family housing. Accommodations range from efficiencies to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to townhouses; each with their own rental rate.
