Because our occupancy levels are continuously above 98%, we do not have available apartments to show you in person. So, the only way to see an apartment ahead of time is by using these virtual tours.
Occupancy levels are not 100% because of on-going renovations to apartments as well as cleaning and maintenance work that is done when one tenant moves out and before another tenant moves in.
Rental rates
Information about current rental rates is available.
NOTE: Rental Rates are subject to change on limited notice as allowed by various regulations and policies. Normally, a change in rental rates happens effective with rent due on 1 July of each year. The change (if any) is typically announced in March of each year and is available online when known.
