We cannot hold apartments or monitor availability for individual students. Note that the list of vacant apartments is available only has move in dates 6-8 weeks in advance because we only require 60 days’ notice before current residents move out. Any newly available apartments will be added to the listings at 9:00 AM on university business days. Only eligible applicants can select an apartment.

Once you have selected an apartment online, you will digitally sign your contract. Also, you can choose to pay your first rent payment online or in person. Please read over our payment guidelines. On your move in date, you will come to our main office to submit any necessary paperwork and to receive your key. Our office is located on the corner of Museum Rd and SW 13th St.
