The rental rates shown reflect room types that are available for residents moving in to a specific apartment as of 1 November 2007. 

Rent includes water, trash removal, local phone service, and basic cable television service. Electricity — including water heater — is individually metered, and the University bills tenants monthly. Gas is individually metered by Gainesville Regional Utilities which also bills tenants monthly.

Current residents may have room types and corresponding rental rates that are not reflected in this listing.  When those residents move out, the specific apartment will be reclassified into one of the types below.

With the exception 2 three-bedroom apartments, Corry Village does not currently offer remodeled apartments.  Corry rental rates may appear unusual when compared with each other due to specifics in floor plans, remodeling, and other unspecified factors.

Corry Village has 100 one-bedroom, 108 two-bedroom, and 8 three-bedroom apartments. However, the three-bedroom apartments are only slightly larger than the two-bedroom apartments. The use of the available floor space is what differentiates the two room types. This means that the 8 three-bedroom apartments have smaller bedroom and closets than the two-bedroom apartments.

There are 104 one-bedroom and 104 two-bedroom apartments in Diamond Village. All apartments feature wired DHNet Service.

Tanglewood Village apartments are available in a “north complex” and a “south complex". There are a variety of room types and sizes.

There are 64 one-bedroom and 64 two-bedroom apartments in University Village South (UVS). All apartments feature wireless DHNet Internet Service. The wireless service, while mostly deployed, is still in a “testing phase.” While the service is in a testing phase, no additional rent is being charged for the DHNet service.

There are 110 one-bedroom and 110 two-bedroom apartments in Maguire Village. All apartments feature wireless DHNet Internet Service. The wireless service, while mostly deployed, is still in a “testing phase.” While the service is in a testing phase, no additional rent is being charged for the DHNet service.

Maguire apartments are subject to special income limits, administrative tracking, and extra eligibility considerations. If income limits are exceed, an additional rental charge of 20% will be assessed.
