When all residence spaces are assigned or committed, students returning housing applications will be offered the opportunity to be put on the waiting list. For students interested in off-campus housing information, the Dean of Students Office has a website with some helpful information: www.dso.ufl.edu/offcampus/. As cancellations occur and residence spaces become available, students on the waiting list are offered residence hall space.

Graduate & Family Housing (Village Communities): The average wait for an apartment is three months to one year. The assignments dates are as follows:

• Fall — July 1
• Spring — October 1
• Summer — April 1
