SPRING/SUMMER TERM: INNOVATION ACADEMY
The Spring/Summer semester is reserved for our Innovation Academy students. The University of Florida Department of Housing and Residence Education is proud to hold selective campus housing for Innovation Academy members. There is limited space in Beaty East Hall for Innovation Academy students (300 spaces). UF students are not guaranteed housing upon admission to the University of Florida, so it is important for students interested in campus housing to apply for campus housing as soon as possible.

1. Apply

Submit a housing application and $25 non-refundable fee as soon as possible. We use your Housing Application Date to put you in line to select your room later. Apply as soon as you’ve applied to UF – do not wait until you’re accepted to UF.
*An application is not a guarantee that you will be offered housing if admitted to UF.
2. Contract

Submit your contract and $200 pre-rent payment by your due date to guarantee a housing space. If under 18, parents MUST sign Residence Hall Contract(s).

Innovation Academy students will live with together in Beaty East and can choose their roommates with our Facebook RoomSync tab (based on room availability). A room will be manually assigned if availability becomes limited or you choose not to select a room.
4. Pay your Rent

Rent is due in full prior to the beginning of each semester. You must apply for a housing deferment to use financial aid funds towards your billed rent.
