Applications & Wait Time
Graduate and Family Housing apartments are rented based on availability and we take applications and rent apartments throughout the year.
How to Apply
Eligible students should apply 10-12 weeks prior to their desired move in date. The application process requires a UF Student ID number and a non-refundable $25 application fee.
How to Select an Apartment
A flexible move in date increases your odds of getting an apartment. We cannot hold apartments or monitor availability for students. Note that the list of vacant apartments is available only 6-8 weeks in advance of the move in date because we only require 60 days' move-out notice.
