Thank you for your interest in Family Housing and Single Graduate Student Housing at the University of Florida.

Our mission is to provide well-maintained, community oriented facilities where residents and staff are empowered to learn, innovate and succeed.

The goal of the website is to provide the necessary information about applying for an apartment in the villages and to inform you of the of the policies and procedures that govern Village Housing apartments.

The Office of Village Housing manages five apartment complexes with a total of 980 apartments. Each village has distinctive features which are explained in the following documents.

The primary purpose of Village Housing is to provide reasonably priced quality housing for graduate students and student families. We believe a student’s residential environment is an integral part of their total educational experience. We support and encourage each member of our Village Communities to participate in the many social, cultural, educational and recreational programs in each village and the University of Florida community.

If you have any questions regarding information about our apartments, policies or procedures related to living in Village Housing, please stop by our office. Village Housing reserves the right to make other policies or procedures necessary for the safety, care and cleanliness of the villages and the comfort and convenience of all village residents.

Village Housing is located in the Department of Housing and Residence Education office on the corner of S.W. 13th Street and Museum Road.

Our telephone number is (352)392-2161.

We look forward to serving you and your family.
