iService Requests

Living on campus should be a great experience. If you notice something that should be brought to our attention, let us know. Complete an iService request by logging into the request portal and complete all the fields on the request (phone number, location, and a brief description of of the concern). Once submitted our staff will work quickly to address the concern in a timely manner. iService is monitored Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

What can you submit an iService request for?

From lifting or lowering your bed, to replacing light bulbs, and everything in-between, our dedicated staff are here to support you with any building maintenance need.

  • Machines have flaws, if you notice a washing machine, dryer, or change machine is no longer working please notify us through this request.

  • Due to Florida’s tropical climate, pest often seek shelter indoors and near your tasty food. If you notice ants, roaches, or other pest in your room or building please notify us so we can promptly address the situation.

  • Notify our custodial team if there is an issue involving the cleanliness of a space or if trash or recycling needs to be removed from common areas. Please note, students and residents are responsible for maintaining a sanitary living conditions inside of their rooms and apartment and trash should be removed regularly to avoid pest problems.

  • Should you experience any issues with plumbing, AC, appliances, lights, doors, locks, furniture repairs, or other building related matters please submit a maintenance request and a member of our facilities team will address your concerns.

  • Furniture requests can be summitted when you want to change the height of your bed or bunk it with your roommate. Additionally, if an item of furniture is no longer working, let us know, our team will work to replace the item. Please note, all the provided furniture should remain in your room and cannot be removed by Housing and Residence Life staff.

Emergency Services

For weekend, holiday and after hours emergency maintenance concerns that are a health and safety risk such as leaks/flooding, power outages, etc. please contact your Resident Assistant (RA) on call or the 24-hour area desk. The desk staff will connect you with the appropriate staff member to resolve your concern.
